I'm a construction management professional with 30+ years of experience across India and Oman, currently functioning at General Manager level, independently handling project management for a construction company. My work spans estimation, tendering, rate analysis, project planning, budgeting, commercial and contract management, project controls, and profitability monitoring.
Over three decades, I've moved from hands-on site execution and client billing, into estimation and tendering, project planning, and commercial and contract management — work that has included infrastructure projects exceeding USD 400 million and 400+ km of road networks in Oman, and delivery of large-scale developments like Reliance Corporate Park Phase-1 in India.
Alongside project work, I build practical tools — Power BI dashboards, estimation systems, and construction MIS — because the reporting systems available rarely matched how estimation and project control actually get done on site. Civil RA, CLCMS, and the tools on this site come from that same instinct: build what the work actually needs.
