1. Licence
Civil RA is licensed, not sold, on a per-user, non-transferable basis. One licence entitles the named licensee to use the software on the computer(s) stated on the activation key (two computers for a Pro licence) for their own work. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your activation key or licence to another person is not permitted. The Free edition may be used without a key within its stated limits.
2. Pricing & Payment
Civil RA Pro is a one-time licence, not a subscription, priced at ₹5,000 for customers in India and USD 99.00 for international customers. Team and Corporate editions are quoted by the number of users. The price or quote confirms the amount and whether applicable taxes are included. Payment is processed securely through Cashfree Payments, PayPal or other methods stated in the quote; Civil RA does not store your card or payment details.
3. Delivery & Activation
The software file can be downloaded from this website. After payment, you send us the Device ID shown in the app (Licence & terms) and the name for the licence. We then send you an activation key by email and/or WhatsApp. The key is made for that Device ID and is checked inside the software, without an internet connection. If you do not receive your key after sending your Device ID, contact us using the details below.
4. Updates & Transfers
Each paid licence includes one year of free updates from the date of purchase. A licence can be moved to a new computer by sending us the new Device ID; two transfers per year are free, and each further transfer is charged ₹500 (or $5 for international customers).
5. Refunds & Cancellation
Since Civil RA is delivered as a digital product, refunds are not offered once an activation key has been issued, except where required by law. If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing use of the software, contact us before requesting a refund — most issues can be resolved directly.
6. Support
Reasonable support (setup guidance, activation, usage questions) is provided by email, phone, or WhatsApp at no extra charge. Extended consultation, custom training, or on-site support may be quoted separately.
7. No Warranty
Civil RA is provided "as is." Every rate, quantity, and suggestion generated by the tool is a starting point for your own professional judgment — the user is responsible for reviewing and finalising all figures before use in tenders, billing, or contracts. Er. Shripad Khaparde is not liable for decisions made based on software output.
8. Data & Privacy
Civil RA runs locally on your computer — no project data is uploaded to any server or cloud. When you download the Free edition we ask for your name, email and phone number so we can help you get started, send you updates about Civil RA, and contact you about upgrades. Details you give us when you download, enquire or pay (name, email, phone, Device ID) are also used to issue your licence and provide support. They are kept in our own records and are not sold or shared with third parties. You can ask us at any time to remove your details or to stop messages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
