After you pay for Pro (or after we confirm a Team or Corporate quote), open Licence & terms in the app, copy your Device ID and send it to us by WhatsApp or email. We send you a key to paste into the same screen. The key is checked inside the app, so it also works offline.
Yes. Browsers and email services are cautious about any HTML file that contains a program. Download it only from this website, save it to your Documents folder and open it in Chrome or Edge. That is why we give a download link instead of sending the file by email.

Yes. You can build a "mini RA" purely to calculate a resource's own rate, then use that resource rate inside other analyses — so a rate can be composed from other rates.
Fuel is linked directly to machine consumption within the RA. Operator cost can be included either within the machine's hire/rent rate, or entered as a separate individual labour cost — whichever matches how you actually contract it.
In Pro, yes. Exported files keep live Excel formulas and resource relationships intact. On re-import, only the items you have actually changed are updated — nothing else is touched. Free exports are values only.
